Alchemy Asset Management appointed mTT as the design and sustainability consultants for the refurbishment of RIBP. This was a major refurbishment and repositioning of the existing building to bring all vacant floors (approx. 160,000 ft²) to CAT A using a full fresh air, displacement air conditioning system. The cores, lifts, WCs, reception and landscaping were refurbished and enhanced to meet the aspirations of the client’s brief. Achieving high sustainability and energy performance targets was a key part of the brief.

Pembroke has appointed mTT as the design and sustainability consultants for the refurbishment and extension of this 120,000ft2 office building in the City of London. The project consists of the upgrade and replacement of the main plant and the lifts, refurbishment of four CAT A floors whist the other four remain in occupation, one floor extension on the roof and new end of trip facilities in the basement.

KWG appointed mTT as the design and sustainability consultants for the refurbishment of 65 Fleet Street. Located in the City of London and covering approximately 255,000 ft2.. The project comprises of two distinct office buildings (north & south buildings) with ground floor retail, lower ground gym space and the listed Whitefriars Crypt. As part of the development, additional 7th and 8th floors were added to the south building.

Canary Wharf Contractors appointed mTT on a full design consultancy role to cover MEPH and Sustainability for the construction of building D3D4, which is part of the Phase 2 development of Wood Wharf.
Building D3D4 consists of around 220,000 ft² of commercial office accommodation over 13 floors with around 50,000 ft² of retail over basement, ground and mezzanine levels. Car parking, and back of house areas are located below grade.

Royal London Asset Management appointed mTT as the design and sustainability consultants for the Tamesis 1 building in Egham, Surrey. This new build commercial office building, of approximately 107,500 ft², is arranged over ground and three upper floors and includes car parking for approximately 304 vehicles. Tenant Gartner was secured mid design so works consisted of a CAT A development enhanced and adapted to CAT B during the design and construction process.

The refurbishment offers circa 120,000 ft2 of CAT A office space with an industrial feel of exposed services and original brickwork. The scheme also includes extensive new cyclist’ facilities. The development is located in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets.
